  • Cardamoms 6 (small)
  • Carrots 1 kg
  • Dried milk 250 gram
  • Almonds 10
  • Walnuts ½ cup (sliced)
  • Pistachios 10
  • Oil 1 ½ cups
  • Sugar 2 cups
  • Silver paper for garnishing


Peel off the skin of carrots and grate them to fine pieces.

In a wok, add oil and cardamoms.

When spice becomes fragrant, add dried and grated carrots and mix together.

Then add dried milk, sugar and walnuts and stir together.

When oil makes a separate layer, your Carrots Halva is ready to serve.

Take out halwa on a greased tray and top with sliced almonds and pistachios.

Garnish with silver paper and serve.
