A Fish Tikka in oven is one of the easiest healthy Pakistani appetizers that can be made at home. you can use any fish of your choice, but large boneless fish is all that is needed to make good tikka.
Ingredients
- FISH BONELESS CUBESĀ Ā Ā 1/2 kg
- CHILI POWDERĀ Ā Ā 1 tsp
- GARLIC PASTEĀ Ā Ā 1 tsp
- SALTĀ Ā Ā 1 tbsp
- CHAAT MASALAĀ Ā Ā 1/2 tsp
- ALL SPICEĀ Ā Ā 1/2 tsp
- TURMERIC (haldi)Ā Ā Ā 1/4 tsp
- LEMON JUICEĀ Ā Ā 2 tbsp
- YOGURTĀ Ā Ā 2 tbsp
- VINEGARĀ Ā Ā 2 tbsp
- ORANGE COLORĀ Ā Ā a pinch
Recipe of Fish Tikka
- Wash and dry 1/2 kg fish.
- In a bowl mix together 2 tbsp vinegar, 1 tsp chili powder, 1 tsp salt, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 2 tbsp yogurt, 1 tsp garlic paste, 1/2 tsp all spice, 1/4 tsp turmeric, pinch of orange color and 1/2 tsp chaat masala.
- marinate boneless fish in this paste for 1 hour
- Put fish cubes on skewers, now grill bake in oven on 200 degree C for 15 minutes.
- Now remove, garnish with lemon wedges and coriander leaves. Serve hot.
