Ingredients:
1) Cake flour 2 cups
2) cocoa powder 1/2 cup
3) Brown sugar 1/2 cup
4) Fine white sugar 1/2 cup
5) 250 gms melted butter
6) Hand full of Choco chips
7) 2 eggs
8) 1/4 cup milk
9) 1/4 water
10) 1 teaspoon
11) Vanilla essence
Method:
1) Take 2 eggs beat and
2) Add sugar both brown and white,
3) Add vanilla essence and melted butter keep using hand whisk combine flour
4)Cocoa powder slowly add milk and water and check the consistency.
5) Preheat oven at 180c, bake for 25/28 mins.
For choc ganache
1) Take 1 cup of milk, boil, and add 1/2 cup powder sugar and 3/4 tablespoons of cocoa powder,
2) if the mixture still runny, add 1 teaspoon of cornflour, the yummy ganache is ready.
