Ingredients
- Mince ½ kg
- Chopped onion 2
- Green chilies10
- Mint leaves 15
- Green coriander as required
- Salt 1 tsp
- Cream 3 tbsp
- Red chili 1 tsp
- All spice powder 1 tsp
- Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Method
Chop together ½ kg mince, chopped onio, 10 green chilies, 15 mint leaves, 2 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp salt, 3 tbsp cream, 2 tbsp green coriander, 1 tsp All spice powder and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and grind it. Set the mixture on the BBQ sticks and grill them. Simmer it and serve it with tomatoes and onion rings.
