Ingredients
- CHICKEN (CUT INTO 8 PIECES) 1 1/2 kg
- YOGURT 1 cup
- CORIANDER LEAVES 2 bunches
- 4 LEMON
- 6 GARLIC cloves
- 8 GREEN CHILIES
- YELLOW COLOR a pinch
- CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER 1 tea spoon
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 table spoon
- WHITE VINEGAR 2 table spoon
- OIL as required
- SALT to taste
Method
Cut chicken into 8 pieces, wash well and keep aside.Mix a pinch of yellow color in 2 table spoon vinegar. Marinate chicken pieces with the vinegar.Now marinate with salt to taste, 1 cup yogurt and 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.In blender put together 2 bunches of coriander leaves, 8 green chilies and 6 cloves of garlic. Blend well till smooth. Add in juice of 4 lemon and salt to taste. Marinate chicken with this paste and cook in pan till water dries.Now remove chicken pieces, thread in skewers, bake in oven, grill overopen flame, Bar BQ or fry in greased grill pan.
Serve with chutney and paratha.
