Chinese Chicken Cheese Malai Boti
Ingredients :
Boneless Chicken 500gm(thigh Boneless preferable )
Cream 1/2 cup
Hung curd 1/2 cup
Green chilies 5 to 6 small one
Garlic cloves 3
(In a blender make a paste of garlic and green chilies)
Vinegar 1 tsp
Lemon juice of 1 lemon
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Crushed red chili 1/2 tsp
Freshly Crushed black pepper 1tsp
White pepper powder 1/4 tsp
Any tikka masala 2tsp
Oil 1 tbsp
Mix cheese (cheddar and Mozarella) 1/2 cup
Salt to taste
Butter 2 tbsp
Marinate Chicken will all the ingredients mentioned above except Cheese and butter at least for 6 hrs.
Heat a pan add butter and marinated chicken and let it cook over medium-high flame until the chicken gets tender(if you are using thigh boneless it will hardly take 10 minutes).
Now give coal smoke.
Take out the coal and add the cheese on top let the cheese melt over low flame.
Serve with paratha and raita, salad/chatni.
Special Notes: You can bake and grill this too after marination then adds cheese and put it in the oven for 5 to 7 minutes until cheese melts.
