White Chicken Biryani

1kg chicken
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp zeera
2pcs of cardamon
2-3pcs of badiyan ka phool
2 bay leaves
2tbsp gg paste
2-3 onions sliced
1-2tbsp Coriander powder
1tsp garam masala
1-1/2tsp zeera powder
1tsp red chili flakes
1tbsp chicken powder
2tsp kali mirch
1 cup yogurt
Salt as per taste
Coriander leaves,podeena (mint leaves), and green chilies as per taste.
1. Take a pot add oil and zeera in it, now add sliced onions and above mentioned whole garam masalas in it, fry it for 2-3 minutes, Add the chicken along with gg paste and bhunofy it.
2. Add all spices and yogurt in it and fry it until oil come up, now add green chilies, mint, and coriander in it, cook chicken on low flame.
3. If you want to add potatoes you can add them
For Rice :
Take a pot and add water to it, now add 2tbsp oil, 2-3 pcs of green cardamon, 2 pieces of big cardamon, 2-3 sticks of cinnamon, 1tbsp of whole black pepper, 2-3 bay leaves,1-1/2 tbsp zeera, 7-8 green chilies and salt make the water boil. Then add soaked rice in it now boil it until rice is ready.
1. Take a pot and add 2tbsp oil to it now add a layer of rice and then a layer of qorma, add some green chilies and mint in it.
2. Make at least 2 layers.
Note: It seems like chicken pulao but its taste is different than pulao. It is a lighter spice version of biryani, suitable for kids and those who like low species.
