Ingredients
- Semolina 2 cups measured
- Sugar 2cups or according to the taste buds
- Cardamom powder 1/2tsp
- Ghee 3tbs
- Khopra coconut powder or shredded coconut 1 cup
- Dry fruits
- Almonds
- Walnuts
- Raisins
- Fennel Seeds 1tbs
- Cream 1to 2tbs
- Milk 1/2cup
Methods
- Add ghee in a pan add sooji bhonofy well until nice light golden color appears.
- Now add khopra all grounded (mota) nuts cardamom powder bhonofy for 1 min.
- Add sugar bhonofy for 2 min add cream and milk again bhonofy until all ingredients well combined the flame should be medium to low in the whole process.
- Now take out this mixture when it cools down to warm make laddoos roll in coconut powder.
