Chicken Shashlik Recipe is one of those Chinese recipes which got warm acceptance in Pakistani food culture. Chicken shaslicks is served in many Pakistani restaurants and foodies visit them just to enjoy the unique tastes of Chinese cuisine recipes.
Ingredients
Chicken Ingredients:
- Cubed Chicken Pieces: 1/2 kg
- Ginger Garlic Paste: 1 teaspoon
- Mustard Paste: 2 tsp
- Crushed Black Pepper: 1/2 tsp
- White Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Tomato (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
- Capsicum (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
- Onion (cut in cubes): 2 pcs
- Oil: for frying
Sauce Ingredients:
- Tomato Ketchup: 1 bowl
- Chicken Stock: 1 bowl
- Chili Sauce: 1 tbsp
- Food Coloring: 1 tbsps
- Corn Flour: 2 tbsp
- Crushed Red Pepper: 1 tsp
- Chopped Garlic: 1 tsp
- Chopped Green Chilies: 1 tsp
- White Vinegar: 2 tbsp
- Oil: 2 tbsp
How to Make Chicken Shashlik
- Apply all ingredients on chicken and store aside for 1 hour.
- Thread one capsicum piece, one onion piece, one tomato piece and one chicken on a wooden skewer and repeat the
process. Prepare all skewer sticks similarly. - Heat oil in a frying pan and cook skewers from all sides.
- Cook all sauce ingredients in a pan until it becomes thick.
- Transfer in a serving dish.
- Chicken Shaslicks is ready to eat!
- Serve with fried rice and shashlik sauce.
