How to make Spinach Stuffed Mushroom ( Bharwa Mushrooms)
Ingredients
- 9 Mushrooms
- 3 tsp oil
- 1 small onion
- 2 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 lbs Spinach
- 1/2 Cup of Freash Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 Cup Cream cheese
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black
Pepper Methods
- Remove stems of Mushrooms Use Spoon or Damp Paper Towel to clean the Mushrooms, wash with water and pat dry.
- Chopped the stems finely 2 tsp Olive oil 1 SMALL ONION (FINELY CHOPPED) 2 CLOVE GARLIC (FINELY CHOPPED) Mushrooms STEMS (FINELY CHOPPED) 1/2 LBS SPINACH (CHOPPED) 1/2 tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder COOK FOR 5 MINS Spread mixture into a Plate to cool completely, about 10 minutes.
- Transfer it into a bowl Add 1/2 Cup of Fresh Whole Wheat Bread Crumbs in this Mixture 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese Mix well Use a small spoon fill each mushroom cap with a generous amount of stuffing.
- Grease the baking dish with olive oil Arrange the mushroom caps on the dish top them grated mozzarella cheese Sprinkle some Olive oil Put them in the Oven Bake in preheated oven (about 20 mins) Creamy Spinach Stuffed Mushrooms are ready…enjoy!
