JALAPENO POPPERS RECIPE by Fatma’s Kitchen
METHODS- STEP-1 (CUTTING)
Cut a lengthwise slit from stem to bottom of each chili. Make a crosswise incision at stem end, forming a T.Remove seeds and white inner ribs
INGREDIENTS FOR FILLING
- 1 Cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1/2 Cup Cream Cheese
- 1 clove of garlic (finely chopped)
- Coriander Leaves (finely chopped)
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
Add all ingredients and MIX WELL …KEEP ASIDE
STEP-2 (STUFFING)
Fill chiles with cheese mixture, pressing seams closed after filling.
STEP-3 (SEASONED FLOUR,BREAD CRUMBS & 2 EGGS)
ADD PEPPER ADD SALT ADD RED CHILLI POWDER (in Bread crumbs only) MIX WELL ADD 2 tsp Milk ( in eggs only ) MIX WELL
STEP-4 (COATING)
Coat Chiles in flour then dip in eggs and coat with bread crumbs Again dip in egg, again coat with bread crumbs REPEAT SAME PROCESS FOR ALL POPPERS Keep the coated chillies in the freezer for 15 minutes.
Deep fry the coated jalapenos 2 to 3 minutes each, until golden brown. Remove and let drain on a paper towel.
