HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN DRUMSTICK LOLLIPOPS AT HOME

Chicken lollipop recipe is very easy to make at home.This is one of kids favorites, and you can serve this with ketchup or any dips. It can also be served as snacks with hot tea..(Ramadan Special Recipe , Iftar Recipe)

Ingredients

  • 8-10 Chicken wings/Drumsticks
  • 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste
  • 1½ to 2 tablespoons red chilli paste
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch Powder)
  • 8-10 Chopped Curry leaves
  • 1/2 lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • Oil for frying

HOW TO MAKE CHICKEN DRUMSTICK LOLLIPOPS

STEP 1 (Create Lollipop) On each chicken wing/drumstick, push the meat down to one end.

STEP 2 (Marination) Add 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste, 1½-2 tablespoons red chilli paste, 1 tsp Salt, 1/2 tsp Red Chili Powder , 1/4 tsp Black Pepper( Kaali Mirch Powder ) , 8-10 Chopped Curry leaves , 1/2 lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Soy Sauce, Mix well and marinate for 30-35 minutes.

STEP 3 (Batter) In a bowl add 1/2 cup All-Purpose Flour , 1/4 cup Corn Flour , 1/4 tsp Black Pepper (Kaali Mirch Powder), 1/2 tsp Salt , 1/4 tsp Red Chilli Powder, 2 tsp Ginger & Garlic Paste and add water to make semi thick batter just like a pancake. Add 2 tsp Red Chili Sauce and 1 tsp Soy Sauce

STEP 4 (Coating & Frying) Now dip one by one chicken lollipop into this batter..Deep fry chicken lollipops in oil until done, about 8-10 minutes on Medium to high heat. Cover the bones with aluminum foil,now the starter chicken lollipop is ready to be served.
