INGREDIENTS
- 2 lbs Chicken Wings
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp blck pepper
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
STEP – 1
Place the flour mixture and chicken wings in ziplock bag and shake to mix until well coated.
takeout wings from ziplockbag and place them in plate.
place wings in refrigrator for atleast 1 hour.
after 1 hour fry wings in oil until golden brown.
palce all fried wings in a wire rack so they don’t become soggy.
STEP- 2
(PREPARATION FOR SAUCE)
take 1 Cup hot sauce in saucepan.
Add 1 tsp Tomato Ketchup sauce.
Add 4 tsp butter.
Add 1 tsp honey.
stir well and cook for 5 mins
Pour the Sauce over the Wings
SERVE THEM HOT WITH AFREDO SAUCE…enjoy 🙂
