Try this creamy lasagna with layers of tasty chicken and cheeses. This chicken lasagna tastes incredible good. The sauce is really delicious and very flavorful.
Ingredients
- Lasagna stripes 1 packet
- Oil 2 to 3 tbsp
For chicken sauce:
- Boneless chicken 300 gm
- Garlic 6 to 7 cloves
- Tomato 4 to 5
- Red chili powder 1 tsp
- Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
- Tomato puree 1 cup
- Oregano 1 tsp
- Oil 3 to 4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
For white sauce:
- White flour 2 to 3 tbsp
- Chicken stock 500 gm
- Milk 500 gm
- Butter 1 cup
To topping:
- Mozzarella cheese 200 gm
- Grated cheese 200 gm
Chicken Lasagna Recipe
For white sauce: In a pan add 1 cup butter with 2 to 3 tbsp of white flour to suate. Then add 500 gm chicken stock to mix and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Then add 500 ml water to mix and stir continuously. When it turns thick, turn of the flame. White sauce is ready.
For chicken sauce: in a pan heat 3 to 4 tbsp oil in a pan with 46 to 7 garlic cloves to fry. Then add 300 gm chicken to suate. Then add 4 to 5 tomatoes, 1 tsp red chili powder, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 1 tsp oregano, salt to taste and 1 cup tomato puree to cook. For lasagna stripes: boil water add 1 tbsp oil and put 1 packet of lasagna 2 to 3 strips at a time and boil for 10 minutes. Then take it out and cool it on room temperature and grease it.
For topping: in a baking dish pour a layer of white sauce, then place lasagna strips. Now put chicken sauce and again put white sauce. Now add 200 gm cheddar and mozzarella cheese and top with lasagna stripes and again put cheese. Garnish with green coriander and bake it on 200c for 10 to 15 minutes and dish it out to serve.
