Ingredients

  • Lychee
  • Sugar
  • Cream

If there’s 1/2 kg lychee then about 1/2 cup of sugar and cream a couple of tablespoonfuls fit the taste alone.

Method:

  1. Peel lychee.
  2. Boil in sugar so as to form syrup.
  3. Allow to cool.
  4. Add cream and enjoy in Ramadan.
