Phol Gobi Gosht (Cauliflower Lamb Curry) This classic cauliflower meat curry is easy to prepare and packed full of healthy vegetable.

Ingredients

  • 250 grams mutton
  • 500 grams cauliflower
  • 1 medium sliced onion
  • 2 medium sliced tomatoes
  • 3 to 4 green chillies chopped vertically
  • ½ cup oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp red chilli powder
  • 1 tsp crushed red chillies
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paster
  • 1 tbsp chopped ginger
  • ½ tsp turmeric
  • 2 tsp tara garam masala
  • 2 tbsp chopped coriander

How to Cook Gobi Gosht

  1. Firstly wash mutton properly and add into a pan. Also add sliced onion, sliced tomatoes, ginger garlic paste, salt, red chilli powder, crushed red chillies and turmeric with half cup water and cook on low flame until water has evaporated and meat is tender.
  2. Then add oil and stir it properly. Also add cauliflower. Cover and let simmer on low flame.
  3. Sprinkle tara garam masala on it. Also add green chillies chopped vertically, chopped coriander and sliced ginger and mix. Delicious Gobi Gosht is ready serve.
