Ingredients
- Prawns 500 gm.
- Onion 2 medium-sized chopped.
- Tomato 2 medium-sized chopped.
- Garlic 2 pods crushed.
- Coriander powder 1 tbsp.
- Chilli powder 1 tbsp.
- Garam masala 1 tsp.
- Salt to taste.
- Sombu/Saunf/Fennel 1 tsp.
- Oil 2 tbsp.
- Coriander leaves 2 sprig
Recipe Of Prawn Masala
Jheenga Masala
Wash and clean the prawns. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan and add 1 tsp of sombu/saunf. Once it splutters, add chopped onion and fry until golden brown. To this, add crushed garlic and chopped tomato and fry for a minute. To this, add 1 tbsp coriander powder, 1 tbsp chilli powder, 1 tsp garam masala and fry for 30 seconds until the masalas are well combined. Then, add the washed prawn and salt and saute for 1 min. Now add ½ cup of water and cook covered on low fire until the prawns are well cooked. Now check the salt and add chopped fresh coriander leaves.
