Aaloo Ka Paratha Potato paratha is chappati that is filled with potato and lightly fried. Everyone can easily make aaloo ka paratha by following this recipe. Serve with pickle, yogurt or chutney.
Ingredients
- Potato (boiled) 2-3
- Salt
- Cumin seed 1 tsp
- Coriander seed roasted and grind 1 tsp
- Coriander leaves 2 tbsp
- Onion chopped 1
- Green chilli 2-3
- Wheat flour

Recipe Of Potato Parathas
- Heat oil and put sliced 1/2 onion fry it.
- Add potatoes, cumin seed, coriander seed, coriander leaves, green chillies and salt fry it and keep aside.
- Sieve flour and knead dough.
- Roll two roti.
- Spread potato mmixture on one roti.
- Cover with another roti and press.
- Put on tawa and fry from both sides.
Aaloo paratha is ready serve with chutnies, raita or pickle.
