Baked Sole Fillets never looked better. It’s so easy and much healthier than the fried version.


  • 1 kg Sole Fish
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp green masala
  • 4 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp garlic pepper
  • 1 tbsp fish spice


  1. Marinate soles in above for a few hours.
  2. Dip in flour, eggs and crumbs, leave to rest for a few hours, sole can be baked or fried.
  3. When baking dot with butter and bake on 180 for about 20 min.
  4. Serve with chips and salad or even savoury rice.
