Baked Sole Fillets never looked better. It’s so easy and much healthier than the fried version.
Ingredients
- 1 kg Sole Fish
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp green masala
- 4 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp garlic pepper
- 1 tbsp fish spice
Directions
- Marinate soles in above for a few hours.
- Dip in flour, eggs and crumbs, leave to rest for a few hours, sole can be baked or fried.
- When baking dot with butter and bake on 180 for about 20 min.
- Serve with chips and salad or even savoury rice.
