Recipe of Crumbed Mushrooms With Dip By Zeenat Iqbal Hakimjee
Ingredients
- I punnet mushrooms washed.
Dip each mushroom in cake flour and leave aside. - 2 eggs beaten
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs: to the breadcrumbs add
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp chicken spice
- ¼ tsp chilies powder.
Steps
- Combine the breadcrumbs with the above spices.
- Dip mushrooms in beaten eggs and dip in breadcrumbs and fry in hot oil until golden brown.
DIP
mix together ½ cup each of steers garlic sauce and plain yogurt.
