- Mutton ½ kg
- Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
- White pepper1 tsp
- Saltto taste
- Chopped onion 2
- Green chilies3
- Butter1 tbsp
- Yogurt½ cup
- Fresh cream½ packtet
- Oil1 cup
Peshawari Namkeen Handi Recipe
- Take a pan and add in 1 cup oil.
- Add 2 chopped onion and fry it till it is golden brown.
- Add in ½ kg mutton , ½ cup yogurt and some salt.
- Cook till the meat tenders.
- Add in chopped ginger, 1 tsp white pepper and 3 chopped green chilies and cook it.
- Simmer it and add in fresh cream, add in butter. Peshawari namkeen handi is ready to serve.
