Ingredients

  • Mutton ½ kg
  • Chopped ginger 1 tbsp
  • White pepper1 tsp
  • Saltto taste
  • Chopped onion 2
  • Green chilies3
  • Butter1 tbsp
  • Yogurt½ cup
  • Fresh cream½ packtet
  • Oil1 cup

Peshawari Namkeen Handi Recipe

  1. Take a pan and add in 1 cup oil.
  2. Add 2 chopped onion and fry it till it is golden brown.
  3. Add in ½ kg mutton , ½ cup yogurt and some salt.
  4. Cook till the meat tenders.
  5. Add in chopped ginger, 1 tsp white pepper and 3 chopped green chilies and cook it.
  6. Simmer it and add in fresh cream, add in butter. Peshawari namkeen handi is ready to serve.
