This is one of best Shahi Malai Shami Kabab recipe, in this recipe instead to use mince, meat is used. The taste of shredded meat is off course delicious and it gives a twist to tongue. If you want to freeze them then make kabab and freeze and when you want to fry at that time make flour mixture and follow rest of recipe.

Ingredients

  • ½ kilogram beef (boiled)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp green coriander (cut)
  • 2 pieces of onion (medium size)
  • 4 pieces of Brad slices(mixed in half cup milk )
  • 10 mint leaves
  • hot spices 1 teaspoon
  • salt 1 teaspoon
  • ½ teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 egg (whipped)
  • 2-3 pieces green pepper (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon of Red pepper (grounded)
  • cream 2 tablespoons
  • Fine flour ¾ cup
  • Oil for frying
  • Water ¾ cup

How to make Shahi Malai Shami Kabab

First step is that ,cut the beef into small fiber and add onion, bread slices, ginger, garlic, mint leaves, green coriander, green pepper, grounded red pepper, hot spices, salt, turmeric and cream in the beef and  mix them well as possible. Now shape them of kebab. Combine/mix Three-quarters cup of flour and water together to make a paste. Then dip each steak/kebab  in flour paste.Then dip it in egg and do a deep fry in a frying pan .
