Ginger Mutton Curry is an Pakistani curry dish that is prepared from Mutton and Ginger.
Ingredients
- MUTTON 1/2 kg
- LEMON 2
- ONION CHOPPED 2
- GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED 10
- OIL 1cup
- YOGURT 1/2cup
- TURMERIC (Haldhi) 1tsp
- GINGER GARLIC PASTE 1 tbsp
- CRUSHED BLACK PEPPER 1/2 tbsp
- SALT as required
Ginger Mutton Curry Recipe
Fry onion in oil till it turns golden brown. Now add 1/2 kg mutton, salt, 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste and 1tsp turmeric and cook. Then meat water dries 1/2 cup lukewarm water and cook till meat tender. Add 1/2 cup of yogurt and saute’ it. When oil form a separate a layer, put 1/2 tbsp crushed black pepper, chopped green chillies, ginger and lemon juice and cook it on low flame for 10 minutes. Serve it with hot naan.
