Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 3 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1/4 cup luke warm water
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon oil
- Chicken Tikka Boti (Boneless)
- 2 tablespoon pizza sauce
- 1 capsicum cut in cubes

- 1/2 teaspoon dried pizza oregano(optional)
- salt according to taste
- black peper according to taste
- 1 cup grated pizza cheese
Dough
- Mix the yeast and sugar in water then let it rest for half an hour.
- Add the flour and oil knead well and let it rest till it doubles in size.
- After that punch out the air with the palm of your hand and roll it on floured surface.
- Add on oiled 12 inch pizza dish and prick with the fork then spread the pizza sauce on it.
Preheat oven at 220 degrees.
Filling
- In a frying pan saute the Chicken Tikka Boti and all the other filling ingredients for 5 minutes.
- Take it out and spread evenly on the pizza base sprinkle the cheese on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes till cheese gets crispy light brown.
