Tender and Crispy Chicken Schnitzel. Everyone loves a schnitzel, with tender chicken coated in crisp, golden breadcrumbs. Its also fairly quick and easy enough for a week night meal.
Kids will love helping to make this easy chicken main course, that’s equally as good to eat. It’s an easy recipe and will fast become a favorite on your weekly menu.
Ingredients
- 6 chicken breasts butter flied
- 1 tbsp green masala
- 1 tsp chicken spice
- 1 tsp lemon pepper
- 1 tsp red chillies
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 small tin nestle cream
Directions
- Marinate fillet in above mixture, if possible marinate overnight.
- Dip in breadcrumbs
- Fry in med hot oil till cooked through.
