Every cook needs a good easy creamy mushroom sauce recipe. It’s perfect stirred through pasta and fantastic on grilled steak.
Ingredients
- 1 punnet mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt
- Butter
- 250ml cream
Directions
Melt butter, add mushrooms, salt, pepper and leave to cook till water burns out, add fresh cream and cook till sauce thicken.
Layer fried chicken in platter, top with mushroom sauce and place sliced cheese on top, pop under grill so cheese melts serve and enjoy.
