This Bohri Laosi is Bohri style Gur walay chawal made with Gur (Jaggery)
Ingredients
- ½ kg rice
- 250 grams jaggery (gurh or Gur)
- 3/4 cardamoms (Elaichi)
Method
- Cook rice till little unfinished. Remember to add salt.
- Make chashni of jaggery and add cardamom
- Pour chashni of jaggery over rice and cook on low fire(dum) till fully cooked.
Eat with Daal and Kachumber
