Chicken Boneless Handi in creamy gravy is fabulous in itself but when you make this is a traditional clay pot it literally takes the recipe to a next level
Ingredients
- CHICKEN BONELESS 500 gm
- BLACK CARDAMOMS 2
- LEMON 2
- GREEN CHILIES CHOPPED 2
- BLACK PEPPER 4
- GREEN CARDAMOM 6
- YOGURT 1/2 cup
- MINT LEAVES CHOPPED 1/2 bunch
- CUMIN SEEDS 1 tsp
- POPPY SEEDS 1 tbsp
- BLACK CUMIN 1/2 tsp
- ROASTED GRAM 2 tbsp
- BIHARI MASALA 2 tbsp
- OIL 3 tbsp
DIRECTIONS
- Marinate Ā½ kg chicken cubes with 2 black cardamom, 4 black pepper, 6 green cardamom, Ā½ cup yogurt, 1 tsp cumin seeds, 1 tbsp poppy seeds, Ā½ tsp black cumin, 2 tbsp roasted gram and 2 tbsp bihari botti Masala.
- Keep aside for 10 minutes.
- Cook in a frying pan till water dries.
- Add in 3 tbsp oil and juice of 2 lemons. Simmer on low flame.
- Lastly add 2 chopped green chilies and Ā½ bunch of chopped coriander leaves.
Serve with Paratha, Naan Or Roti.
