One of the most famous traditional Food recipe of Meat in Pakistan and India is Karahi Gosht. It is easy to cook and tasty to eat.
Ingredients
- Mutton boiled ½ kg small botis
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Lemon juice ¼ cup
- Butter 2 ounce+2 ounce
- Oil ¼ cup
- All spice 1 tea spoon
- Coriander leaves as required
- Green chilies as required
- Ginger julienne as required
- Ginger garlic 1 table spoon
- Crushed red pepper 1 table spoon
- Crushed black pepper 1 tea spoon
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Roasted coriander 1 tea spoon
How to Makhni Mutton Karahi
Heat butter and oil. Add mutton boiled fry for 5 mints with ginger garlic paste, add salt cover and cook for 10 mints. Add crushed black pepper, red pepper, coriander crushed cover and cook. Then add yogurt and 2 tbsp butter in the end. Lastly add Ginger julienne, Coriander leaves, Green chilies, all spice and cook covered till oil comes on the top
Serve it with Naan.
