Ingredients
For the crust:
- 2 cups maida
- 2eggs
- A little salt
- 2/3 tablespoons of margarine
- A little baking powder
- Knead all the above to make dough
For the filling:
- Chicken boneless 1/2 kg
- Peri peri sauce
- Mushroom
- Assorted vegetables whichever seasonal ones you want to use
- Chicken tikka masala
- Garlic paste
- Soya sauce
- A little salt to taste
How To
- Merinated chicken in all seasonings
- Then leave it for about an hour
- Fry chicken
- And veg and mushroom later
- Also prepare white sauce
- With milk cornflour knorr cube and salt and pepper to taste pour over chicken and veg/mushroom mixture keep this mixture in a baking dish and cover with the flattened dough in the same way you make roti/you can also make a design with your thumb or finger on the dough.
- Bake in oven up till crust is golden brown.
