Ingredients
- Fish steaks 4 pieces
- Garlic paste 1 table spoon
- Vinegar 4 table spoons
- Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
- Cumin powder 1 tea spoon
- Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
- Red Chilli powder 1 tea spoon
- Salt 1 tea spoon
- Oil 2 table spoon
Cooking Method Of Kasuri Style Fish Fry
Add turmeric, red chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garlic paste and salt in vinegar and Mix well. Marinate fish in that mixture for at-least 30 minutes. Heat up oil in a Tawa for frying fish. Fry fish for 7-8 minutes. Garnish with salad leaves and lemon before serving.
