Ingredients
Peri Peri Chicken:
- Chicken breast fillet 500 g
- Peri peri sauce 1/2 bottle
- Garlic 4 cloves
- Oil as required
Peri Peri Rice:
- Water 5 cup
- Onion (chopped) 2
- Garlic (chopped) 4 cloves
- Tomatoes (Chopped) 3
- Green chillies 4
- Peri peri sauce 1/2 bottle
- Salt 1 tsp
- Rice 2.5 cup
- Olive oil 4 tsp
- Mint for garnish
Recipe Of PERi-PERi Chicken with Rice like Nando’s
PERi-PERi Chicken:
Add garlic in chicken breast fillet.
Now add Peri Peri sauce in it and mix them well.
Marinate it for some time.
Add olive oil in a pan and heat it a bit.
Then add the marinated chicken in the pan.
Now add some water in it.
Cook on medium heat till the chicken softens.
Peri Peri Rice:
Soak the rice in water for a while.
Add olive oil in a pan.
Saute fry onion and garlic in a pan.
Then add sauce, tomato and water in the pan.
Cook all the ingredients till a boil comes.
Then add rice in it.
Cook them until the water dries.
Then add green chillies and cover the lid.
Cook for 5 minute.
Serve the chicken with rice and garnish with mint leaves.
