Coconut Laddu is a very delicious and easy recipe. Coconut ladoos – melt in the mouth ladoo made with coconut milk.
Ingredients
- 1 cup of desiccated coconut
- 1/3 cup of coconut milk
(I used canned coconut milk) - ¾ cup + 1 tbsp of powdered sugar
- ½ tsp of cardamom powder
- 3-4 tbsp of crushed cashew and almond
- 2 tbsp of melted butter or Ghee
Recipe Coconut Ladoo
- In a pan add melted butter and coconut saute in low flame for 2-3 minute then add coconut milk (if you are using fresh coconut milk add ¾ cup).
- Stir well till all moisture evaporate and then add sugar.
- Mix well add cardamom powder switch off the flame.
- Start making ladoos once it cooled (don’t let to cool completely).
- Take small portion of the coconut mixture and press this on your palm place some crushed cashews and almond (I crushed this in blender so some are finely crushed and some became powder) seal and make it round shape.
- You can decorate this with fried almond.
