Butter Chicken Kebabs Recipe By Zeenat Iqbal Hakimjee
Chicken Kebabs
- ½ kg Chicken Mince
- 3 slices UN-soaked Bread
- Green Chilies
- Garlic
- White pepper
- Salt
- 1 Grated Onion
- Green Dhania (Coriander)
Chicken Kebabs
Mix together and add 1/4 cup oil to the above mixture and mix well.
Butter mixture
- 1/4 cup soft butter
- 1/2 cup grated cheese
- 1/2 tsp green chillies
Mix tog and layer in pyrex and refrigerate. Cut butter into cubes and put in the center of each kebab, roll in egg and crumbs, place in foil cups and bake till done.
Can be frozen.
